This page outlines our referral process for our two outpatient service tracks Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Mental Health Day (MHD)

How Referrals Work

Placement in Program
(TBS or Day Program)

We aim to respond to all referral requests within 24–48 hours

Please note insurance eligibility could take up to 72 hours.
We partner with referring agencies to streamline transitions.

Appt. Times are based on the recommendation / placement of Group

4pm (School age) Monday - Thursday
