Assessment and Individual Treatment Plans

We are your trusted source for professional and unbiased evaluation. Individuals seeking professional help with mental health and substance abuse disorders may come for assessment and receive treatment recommendations or referrals.

As your reliable resource, we offer professional and impartial evaluations. Individuals seeking support for mental health and substance abuse disorders can undergo assessments to receive treatment recommendations or referrals in a confidential and supportive environment.

Every individual deserves personalized attention. Our counseling, rooted in trauma-informed and solution-focused approaches, empowers individuals to cultivate effective strategies for overcoming past trauma and life challenges. Confidential sessions are available either virtually or at our discreet office location.

Group Therapy Programs

At One Me To Be, we offer two levels of therapeutic group services designed to meet individuals where they are in their mental health journey. Each program provides evidence-based interventions in a supportive environment while helping participants build the skills needed to succeed at home, in school, at work, and in the community.

Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)

Best for: Children, adolescents, and young adults who need help managing behaviors, emotions, relationships, or co-occurring substance use concerns while continuing their daily routines.

TBS Helps Participants:

  • Build healthy coping skills

  • Improve emotional regulation and self-control

  • Strengthen communication and social skills

  • Develop problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Reduce behavioral challenges at home, school, or in the community

  • Address substance use triggers and healthy choices (when applicable)

  • Meet court or probation expectations through positive behavioral change

Program Includes:

  • Individual therapy

  • Therapeutic group sessions

  • Family/caregiver involvement

  • Collaboration with schools and community supports when appropriate

Typical Schedule: Up to 8 hours of therapeutic services each week, based on individual needs.

Mental Health Day Program

Best for: Individuals who need a higher level of structured therapeutic support than traditional weekly counseling but do not require inpatient or residential treatment.

The Program Focuses On:

  • Managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Peer support and therapeutic group activities

  • Crisis prevention and safety planning

  • Life skills, educational, vocational, and social development

  • Family involvement to support long-term success

Program Includes:

  • Structured therapeutic groups

  • Individualized treatment planning

  • Skill-building activities

  • Family support

  • Coordination with schools, probation, and community partners when appropriate

Typical Schedule: 3–5 days per week based on clinical need.

We acknowledge that families bear the impact when their loved ones encounter mental health and substance abuse challenges. Within a secure setting, we offer counseling for families to encourage open communication, providing support for both caregivers and children.

Family Counseling

Respite Care Service

OMTB Respite Services provide safe, supportive, and structured care for youth with behavioral health needs while offering caregivers temporary relief. Our program promotes social skills, emotional growth, confidence, and positive experiences in a nurturing environment.

Our team of qualified professionals collaborates closely with individuals to create personalized treatment plans. Through our holistic and intensive case management services, we strive to address fundamental needs that contribute to overall success.

Aftercare

The journey to healing and recovery is a long-term commitment. After receiving services, One Me to Be clients will receive follow-up services and recommendations to ensure that they continue on a path to success.

We believe in building practical life skills that youth and adults can use in their everyday lives. We provide programming around Work Readiness, Work Etiquette, Internships, and a host of services that focus on soft skills. Participants will have the opportunity to take a deep dive into career preparation, including resume building, writing cover letters, mock interviews, and more.

Career Exploration and Life Skills

One Me To Be: Signature Series

Our grade school-based program focuses on pinpointing obstacles that prevent students from being their best selves and uncovering hidden potential. Students will learn what it means to Declare, Believe, and Achieve and how to implement key principles for growth.

Our elementary school-centered program centers on identifying obstacles hindering students from reaching their full potential and discovering latent capabilities. Participants will grasp the essence of Declare, Embrace, Succeed, while learning and implementing key principles for personal growth.

We are advocates for developing community leaders who support our mission. We provide a group training environment where community leaders and relevant providers can learn new cutting-edge strategies that support our clients’ success.
